第一回軽井沢フォトフェスト開会式

Karuizawa Foto Fest Opening Ceremony

昨年 6 月より準備を進めてまいりました軽井沢フォトフェストがいよいよ 4 月 1 日（土）～5 月 14 日（日）まで軽井沢の 4 カ所の公園（矢ケ崎公園、諏訪ノ森公園、湯川ふるさと公園 上流部、追分公園）にて開催となります。

4 月 1 日（土）11 時より開会式を開催いたします。皆様と共に 250 作品を鑑賞し、第 1 回軽井沢フォトフェストの開催を祝う会にしたいと思います。展示作品から選ばれるグランプリなど賞の発表もございますので、ぜひご参加いただけますと幸いです。

■開会式スケジュール■

日時：2023 年 4 月 1 日（土）11 時開始（小雨決行、大雨延期）

場所：矢ケ崎公園（軽井沢町軽井沢東 28-1）

内容：

（１）開会式

主催の挨拶、受賞者の発表、KFF 総監督・クリエイティブディレクターを務める野辺地ジョージによる作品や展示方法、レイアウトに関する解説、観覧、サプライズゲスト登場

矢ケ崎公園ではキッチンカーが出店いたします。キッチンカーや近くの飲食店などで食べ物や飲み物をお買い求めいただき鑑賞をお楽しみください。

（２）会場巡回ツアー

12 時： 追分公園へ移動

13 時： 湯川ふるさと公園 上流部へ移動

13 時 45 分：  諏訪ノ森公園へ移動その後、自由解散

 移動はそれぞれお車や路線バスをお使いください。個人での移動が難しい方は、限定 15 名 （先着順）までご乗車いただけるマイクロバスのご用意をしております。お一人 2000 円の 乗車費を頂きますが、ご希望の方は事前にご連絡くださいませ。マイクロバスは  14  時  30 分に諏訪ノ森公園から矢ヶ崎公園へ戻ります。

The first Karuizawa Foto Fest will finally take place from Saturday, April 1 to Sunday, May 14, across four Karuizawa parks (Yagasaki Park, Suwanomori Park, Upstream Area of Yukawa Furusato Park, and Oiwake Park).

A ceremony to mark the opening of the Karuizawa Foto Fest exhibition will be held on Saturday, April 1, at 11:00. It would be a pleasure to have you join us as we announce the Grand Prix and other prizes to be selected from 250 exhibited works.

Opening Ceremony Schedule

Date & Time: April 1, 2023 (Sat), starting at 11:00 a.m. (Event will proceed in case of light rain, postponed in heavy rain)

Location: Yagasaki Park (28-1 Karuizawahigashi, Karuizawa)

(1) Opening Ceremony

Organizers’ greetings, an announcement of award winners, commentary by KFF director George Nobechi, on the works, exhibition layout and methods, and appearance of surprise guests.

Food trucks will be available in Yagasaki Park. Please purchase food and beverages from the food trucks and nearby restaurants and enjoy the exhibition.

(2) Tour of the Exhibition Venues

12:00 p.m.: Move to Oiwake Park

1:00 p.m.: Move to the Upstream portion of Yukawa Furusato Park (near Karuizawa Town Hall)

1:45 p.m.: Move to Suwanomori Park, then free to leave.

For transportation, please use your own car or take the bus. A microbus is available for up to 15 people (first come, first served) for those who cannot travel by car. This service costs 2,000 yen per person, but you must let us know ahead of time if you wish to use it. The microbus will return from Suwanomori Park to Yagasaki Park at 14:30.
