Schedules are arranged based on reviewer preferences and participant availability, while maintaining overall balance.
We make every effort to accommodate preferences, but not all requests can be guaranteed.

A complimentary shuttle bus between JR Karuizawa Station and Hotel Indigo Karuizawa is planned.
